新型热管技术在钛白粉转窑煅烧尾气余热利用上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 钛白粉转窑煅烧尾气因为高硫、高湿,其余热的利用一直存在很大的难度,将尾气余热用于浓缩废酸,经济意义不大,企业开始采用导热油技术和重力热管技术将尾气余热用于产生钛白粉生产线急需的大量蒸汽,但是由于导热油的有限传热能力和重力热管换热器的短寿命,一种高换热效率、长寿命、安装灵活的新型径向热管技术开始用于尾气余热的回收。 Due to the high sulfur and humidity oftail gas from titanium dioxide calcination rotary kiln,it is very difficult to recovery of tail gas the waste heat.It is of little economic significance to use the waste heat of tail gas to concentrate waste acid.Enterprises begin to use heat transfer oil technology and gravity heat pipe technology to use the waste heat of tail gas to produce a large amount of steam urgently needed by titanium dioxide production line.However,due to the limited heat transfer capacity of heat transfer oil and short life of gravity heat pipe,a new type of radial heat pipe technology with high heat exchange efficiency,long life and flexible installation begins to be used for the recovery of exhaust heat.
