精密分馏装置常压塔底液位异常波动分析及对策

摘要 中海油某精密分馏装置常压塔底液位频繁出现异常波动,对平稳操作和产品质量造成扰动。主要原因为轻烃油外送不畅进入常压塔底,供热负荷在各塔分配不当以及常压塔底控制液位低。运行结果表明,将汽提塔顶气相进回流罐温度自40℃提至50℃;常压塔底控制液位自50%提至75%;汽提塔底油控制温度从190℃提至210℃;常压塔油温度从280℃降至270℃可有效解决塔底液位异常波动,提升产品质量。 Abnormal fluctuations of liquid level,which caused disturbance of the stability of operation and the quality of products,were observed frequently in the atmospheric column of a precision fractionation unit of CNOOC.An obstructed transportation of the light hydrocarbons,a improper heat distribution among columns and a low liquid level set point of the atmospheric column were the main reasons of the problem.Measures such as increasing the gas temperature set point of the stripper column reflux drum from 40℃ to 50℃,increasing the liquid level set point of the atmospheric column from 50% to 75%,increasing the oil temperature set point of the stripper column from 190℃ to 210℃and decreasing the oil temperature set point of the atmospheric column from 280℃ to 270℃were proved effective in stabilizing the liquid level and improving the quality of products.
