镍催化剂用于重整生成油选择性加氢的研究

摘要 制备了Ni/Al2O3催化剂,以重整生成油为原料(溴值为2.6 gBr/100g,芳烃为71.42%),考察了镍催化剂的选择性加氢脱烯烃性能。结果表明:在温度90~180℃、压力2.0 MPa、体积空速6~10 h^-1、氢油体积比20~60∶1反应条件下,加氢产物溴指数<100 mgBr/100g,芳烃损失率<0.2%。 The selective hydrogenation of reformate over Ni/Al2O3 catalyst prepared by isopyknic impregnation was studied using a reformate having a bromine value of 2.6 gBr/(100g)as feed.The results showed that the bromine index of hydrogenation product was less than 100 mgBr/100g,and the aromatic loss rate was less than 0.2%under the reaction conditions of temperature range of 90~180℃,the reaction pressure of 2.0 MPa,LHSV of 6~10 h^-1,and the hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 20~60.
