煤制乙二醇项目一氧化碳变换工艺方案探究

摘要 以年产30万t煤制乙二醇同时副产20万t甲醇项目为例,结合PROII模拟数据,从工艺流程、关键设备选取、装置占地、催化剂用量、能耗、投资等方面对绝热变换及等温变换两种工艺进行分析和探究。结果表明,从操作及投资的角度等温变换具有一定优势,从能耗及工艺技术成熟度来看,绝热变换占优,若等温变换在后期能进一步提高变换炉长周期运行稳定性并对装置副产低品位蒸汽合理利用,对该工艺的推广将会带来较大帮助。 Taking the project with an output of 300KTA of coal-to-EG and by-product of 200KTA methanol for example,combined with PROII simulation data,the adiabatic shift and isothermal shift process were analyzed and explored from the aspects of process flow,key equipment selection,plot plan,catalyst and energy consumption as well as investment.The results show that isothermal shift process has advantages in terms of operation and investment while adiabatic shift process is superior in terms of energy consumption and technology maturity.If isothermal shift process can further improve the long-term operation stability of the shift converter and make rational use of the low-grade steam,it will be of great help to the promotion of the process.
