化学化工类专业五位一体的“产-联-研-赛-训”人才培养模式构建 被引量:3

Construction of the Five-in-one Talent Cultivation Mode of"Practice-Cooperate-Research-Race-Train"for Chemical and Chemical Engineering Majors

摘要 在地方高校化学化工类专业实施五位一体的PCRRT人才培养模式,可以更好地满足国家和地方经济发展对“双创”应用型人才的需要。结合笔者所在单位多年来的化学化工类专业人才培养实践,从构建PCRRT人才培养保障机制、打造“双创”能力培养平台、营造强训提能全真实践环境、注重学生创新能力培养、构建学生双创实践“第二课堂”等方面进行了实践探索,初步构建了基于创新创业能力的化学化工类专业五位一体的“PCRRT”人才培养模式,取得了明显的成效。 In order to meet the needs of national and local economic development for chemicaland chemical engineering students’innovation and entrepreneurship,a five-in-one talent cultivation mode of"practice-cooperate-research-race-train"should be implemented in universities and colleges.Based on my professional practice and teaching experience in chemical engineering for many years,and working as a teacher in college of chemical and environmental engineering,Jiujiang university,those aspects such as how to build a“PCRRT”talent guarantee mechanism,how to create a"double innovation"ability training platform,how to establish a true training and practice environment,how to improve students’creative and innovation ability,how to construct students"Second Classroom"for Double-Creation practice and training,have been studied and explored.A five-in-one"PCRRT"talent cultivation model based on innovation and entrepreneurship for chemistry and chemical engineering majors has been preliminarily constructed,and achieved obvious results.
