The perfect practical teaching system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of chemical engineering talents training.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and constructs a"Four-level progressive"practical teaching system model for the cultivation of innovation ability.
