Safety Culture Construction of Chemistry Laboratories in Universities Based on EHS Model

高校实验室是高校进行实验教学及科学研究的重要场所。实验室安全文化建设是体现高校实验室管理水平的重要标志。本文分析了目前高校化学实验室安全文化建设中存在的问题,从EHS物质文化建设、EHS制度文化建设、EHS精神文化建设三个方面提出了对高校化学实验室实施EHS安全文化建设的措施,为进一步提高高校化学实验室安全管理水平,创造健康、安全、和谐的高校环境奠定基础。

University laboratory is an important place for experiment teaching and scientific research.The safety culture construction of laboratories in universities is an important symbol of laboratory management.This paper analyzed the problems in safety culture construction of chemistry laboratories in universities.We analyed how to construct EHS safety culture of chemistry laboratories in universities which contoned EHS material culture construction,EHS system culture construction,EHS spirit culture construction.Theses ideas will lay the foundation for improving the lever of university chemistry laboratory safety management and create healthy,safety and harmony university environment.
