摘要
以鳞翅目粉蝶科大菜粉蝶5龄幼虫为材料,利用扫描电镜和电生理技术,观察和揭示昆虫头部感受器的特征及其对坡柳皂苷的电生理反应。结果发现,幼虫触角由锥形感器、毛状感器、刺形感器以及栓锥感器组成。口器附肢下颚须端部分布着8个锥形感器,以3-1-3-1的方式排列,基部着生有1个毛状感器,1个刺形感器;下颚瘤状体上除了主要的侧栓锥感器和中栓锥感器外,另有2个锥形感器、1个栓锥感器以及3个刺状感器;下唇须第二节、第三节上各着生着1个锥形感器、1个栓锥感器。电生理研究表明,坡柳皂苷均能诱导下颚瘤状体中栓锥、侧栓锥感受器产生电生理信号。
In this experiment,the 5th instar larvae of Pieris brassicae L.in Lepidoptera were used as materials.Scanning electron microscopy and electrophysiological techniques were used to observe and reveal the characteristics of insect head sensilla and their electrophysiological response to Dodonaea viscosa saponins.The sensilla on the antennae of larvae include sensilla basiconica,sensilla trichoidea,sensilla chaetica,and sensilla styloconica.The mouth part of the appendage’s lower jaw is covered with 8 cone-shaped sensillum,arranged in a 3-1-3-1 manner,with a sensillum trichoidea and a sensillum chaetica on the base of a mandibular tumor.Besides the main lateral sensilla styloconica and medial sensilla styloconica,there are 2 sensilla basiconica,1 sensillum styloconica,and 3 sensilla chaetica;the lower lip must be the second and third sections.There are a sensillum basiconica and a sensillum styloconica on each.Electrophysiological studies have shown that D.viscosa saponins could induce electrophysiological signals from the sensilla styloconica and lateral sensilla styloconica in the mandibular tumor.
