摘要
介绍了常用分子标记的类型及其特点,包括RFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR、SRAP、AFLP、CAPS、INDEL和SNP等,综述了分子标记在茄子遗传连锁图谱构建与QTLs定位、遗传多样性与亲缘关系评价、品种鉴定与纯度分析、分子标记辅助选择育种等方面的研究进展,对存在的问题及今后的发展方向进行了探讨,以期为茄子种质资源的高效利用与种质创新提供理论参考。
The types and characteristics of several common molecular marker technologies,including RFLP,RAPD,SSR,ISSR,SRAP,AFLP,CAPS,INDEL,SNP,etc.,were systematically introduced in the paper,and their construction,gene mapping and inheritance on the genetic linkage map of eggplant germplasm resources,diversity and kinship analysis,variety identification and purity analysis,molecular marker assisted selection breeding were reviewed.Analysis of the problems of molecular marker technology in the study of eggplant germplasm resources and future development directions were discussed to provide theoretical reference for efficient utilization of eggplant germplasm resources and germplasm innovation.
