摘要
针对传统轮胎式龙门起重机小车防摇性差、功能简单难以满足自动化堆场要求的问题,提出了一种新型的齿轮互锁防摇双起升小车结构。通过建立力学模型,分析影响小车运动稳定性的因素,设计小车的结构,为吊具上架上的滑轮增加开式齿轮防摇互锁装置,可提高防摇性;优化了小车布置结构,有利于小车安装、调试和维修。该双起升小车已成功应用于轮胎式龙门起重机中,可满足自动化堆场的使用要求。
Aiming at the problems of poor anti-sway performance and simple functions of traditional rubber-tyred gantry crane,it is difficult to meet the requirements of automated yard,a new type of gear interlocking anti-sway double lifting trolley structure is proposed.Through the establishment of a mechanical model,the factors that affect the stability of the trolley are analyzed,the structure of the trolley is designed,and the open gear anti-sway interlocking device is added to the pulley on the spreader to improve the anti-sway performance.The trolley arrangement structure is optimized,which is conducive to the installation,commissioning and maintenance of the trolley.The double lifting trolley has been successfully used in a tire-type container gantry crane,which can meet the requirements of the automated yard.
