摘要 电厂运煤系统皮带机导料槽会产生大量粉尘,传统的布袋除尘器存在可靠性和经济性差等问题,且无法满足新环保法的粉尘要求。针对此问题,提出了应用无动力除尘导料槽装置对除尘系统进行改造的方案;改造前后的经济性和安全性对比结果表明,新技术具有推广价值。 A large amount of dust can be generated in the belt guide chute of the coal handing system of the power plant.Problems such as poor reliability and economy exist in the traditional bag filter,and it cannot meet the dust requirements of the new environmental protection law.In response to this problem,a scheme for transforming the dust-removing system by applying a none-powered dust-removing guiding groove device is proposed.The new technology has promotion value by comparing the economy and safety before and after transformation.
