摘要 轮胎式龙门起重机自动取电小车的气压回路系统易出现故障。分析了取电小车原驱动系统原理及其利弊,针对原驱动系统复杂、故障率高、维护工作量大、维修成本高等问题,提出了改进方案,在保留气压回路优势的前提下消除了故障隐患,具有一定推广价值。 The pneumatic circuit system of the rubber tire crane electric car is prone to failure.The principle and advantages and disadvantages of the original drive system of the electric car are analyzed.Aiming at the original drive system is complicated,the failure rate is high,the maintenance workload is large,and the maintenance cost is heavy,an improved scheme is proposed to eliminate the hidden trouble of the failure while preserving the advantages of the pneumatic circuit.It has a certain promotion value.
