远控岸边集装箱起重机定位技术

介绍了岸边集装箱起重机的小车定位、大车定位以及负载定位检测技术,给出了在远控岸桥上应用的SICK小车磁尺系统、大车定位RFM100系统和负载定位IRM系统的原理、组成及应用条件,可为码头新增自动化岸桥或者常规岸桥的自动化改造提供参考。

The trolley positioning,cart positioning and load positioning detection technologies of the quayside container crane are introduced.The principles,compositions and application conditions of the SICK trolley magnetic rule system,cart positioning RFM100 system and load positioning IRM system applied on the remotely controlled quayside bridge are given,which can provide a reference for the automatic transformation of the new automated quayside bridge or conventional quayside bridge at the terminal.
