During the unloading operation of the terminal,in order to solve the problem that the chain at the end of the lifting steel wire rope of the gantry crane is easily blocked by the grab swing frame and the guide wheel of the opening and closing bucket rope,the modification scheme of adding web and stiffener plate in the upper part of the grab swing frame is determined.The problem of chain block of grab support rope in the process of operation can be effectively solved,the efficiency of port loading and unloading production can be improved,and the safety risk can be reduced.It has good application and promotion value.
