摘要
为降低维护成本并提升港口运营科学化管理水平,利用物联网、人工智能技术设计适用于港口起重机械运行维护场景的在线智能监测系统,对安装于设备上的传感器反馈的震动信号时域频域谱线特征进行分析,可以实现对机组设备运行状态的实时诊断监测。该技术可在港口起重机械运行维护领域推广应用。
In order to reduce maintenance costs and improve the scientific management level of port operations,the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies are used to design an online intelligent monitoring system suitable for the operation and maintenance scenarios of port lifting machinery.The characteristics of time-domain and frequency-domain spectral lines of vibration signals fed back by sensors installed on equipment are analyzed,so the real-time diagnosis and monitoring of the operation status of the unit equipment can be realized.This technology can be popularized and applied in the field of port lifting machinery operation and maintenance.
