摘要
针对日照港岚山港区30万t级原油码头降低工程投资的需求,提出一种装卸工艺优化设计方案,优化装卸工艺平面布局,节省装卸工艺设备占地空间,减少码头水工投资;对管道保温伴热方案进行对比,结合码头实际情况提出优化设计方案,可节省管道伴热投资;对优化后的装卸工艺方案进行水力坡度计算,确保减少工程投资后的工艺方案可行。
Aiming at the need of 300,000-ton crude oil terminal in Rizhao Port Lanshan Port District to reduce the investment of engineering,an optimized design scheme of handling technology is proposed,which can optimize the flat layout of the handling technology,save space occupied by the handling process equipment and reduce the hydraulic investment of the terminal.The thermal insulation and heat tracing schemes are compared,and combined with the actual situation of the terminal,an optimized design scheme is put forward,which can save pipeline heat tracing investment;the hydraulics slope calculation are carried out on the optimized handling technology scheme to ensure that the process scheme after reducing the project investment is feasible.
