加强大学生劳动教育是实现新时代高校人才培养目标的新要求,当前在大学生劳动教育中还存在劳动意识淡薄、教育形式单一、效果不理想等问题。苏区精神具有厚重的历史内涵、深刻的实践价值以及持久的生命活力,是中国共产党人革命精神的重要组成部分之一,同时也是大学生劳动教育的重要精神文化资源。将苏区精神融入课程体系,发挥劳动教育实践基地作用,打造劳动教育校园文化,以苏区精神助力高校劳动教育,厚植劳动意识与情怀,有利于提高新时代大学生劳动素养。

Strengthening the labor education forthe college students is a new requirement to achieve the goal of talent education in colleges and universities in the new era.At present,there are still some problems in the labor education of college students,such as weak labor consciousness,single education form and unsatisfactory effect.The spirit of the Soviet area has profound historical connotation,profound practical value,and lasting vitality.It is one of the important components of the revolutionary spirit of the Communist Party of China and is also an important spiritual and cultural resource of labor education for the college students.Integrating the Soviet spirit into the curriculum system,giving full play to the role of labor education practice base,creating labor education campus culture,assisting college labor education with Soviet spirit,and planting labor consciousness and feelings are conducive to improving the labor literacy of the college students in the new era.
