摘要
为了使型旋转补偿装置在长输蒸汽管网中的合理应用,通过建立几何模型和力学模型,分析了型补偿装置左侧及右侧的补偿管段长度和、两侧折弯、力偶臂长度、两旋转补偿器中心距离、热伸长量、偏装量、横向位移量及补偿器水平推力对补偿装置设计和运行的影响,其合理的设计和安装对蒸汽管网的安全运行具有重要的意义。
In order to make the Z-type rotary compensation device reasonαble in the long-distance steam pipeline network,by establishing geometric models and mechanicαl models,the influences of lengths L1 and L2 of the compensating pipe on the left and right sides of the Z-type compensation device,the bending angle a on both sides,the length of the force coupleαrm,the center distance of the two rotation compensators,the thermal elongation,the amount of misalignment,the lateral displacement and the compensator horizontal thrust are analyzed on the design and operation of the compensation device.Αnd its reasonαble design and installαtion are important for the safe operation of the steam pipe network.
