摘要
随着我国电网电压等级升高、输电容量增大,输电线路所使用的导线截面也在逐步增大,大直径及扩径导线在我国特高压输电线路中得到了广泛应用。但在特高压输电线路工程施工中,张力展放大直径及扩径导线时曾多次出现导线散股的现象。为减少散股现象,对大直径及扩径导线内外部散股原因进行了深入分析,并针对内外部原因,提出了生产、施工过程中的预防控制措施。本文研究成果对预防大直径及扩径导线施工过程中的散股现象具有一定实际意义。
With the increase of voltage level and transmission capacity of power grid in China,the section of conductors used in transmission lines has gradually increased.Large-diameter and expanded conductors have been widely used in UHV transmission lines in China.However,in the construction of UHV transmission lines,the phenomenon of conductor strand loosing has occurred many times when adopting the tension stringing for large-diameter and expanded conductors.In order to reduce the strand loosing phenomenon,in this paper,the causes are analyzed in-depth for internal and external strand loosing of large-diameter and expanded conductors,and the preventive control measures are put forward in the production and construction process.The research results of this paper have certain practical significance for preventing strand loosing during the construction of large-diameter and expanded conductors.
