“互联网+”视域下高校法学教学创新路径探索

当代大学生是我国未来建设和发展的生力军,大学生的基本法治观念起到了至关重要的作用,而仅仅依靠法学院的专业法学教育不足以完成法治国家建设在法律意识提高上的重任。伴随着信息技术的快速发展,我们进入了互联网时代,互联网技术应用已经渗透各个领域中。在“互联网+”视域下,互联网在教学中的应用已经显现出较大的优势,越来越多的高校将教学与互联网技术结合在一起,更好地培养综合型人才。对于高校法学教学而言,传统教学模式已经无法满足社会对人才的需求,急需在“互联网+”背景下进行创新。该文针对“互联网+”视域下高校法学教学创新教学路径进行探讨,希望能给法学专业学生带去学习帮助。

Contemporary college students are the life force of China’s future construction and development college students’ basic concept of the rule of law has played a vital role,and the professional law education of law school alone is not enough to complete the construction of the rule of law country in the legal consciousness of the important task.With the rapid development of information technology,we have entered the Internet era,Internet technology applications have penetrated into various fields.Under the "Internet Plus" viewof the Internet has shown great advantages in the application of teaching,more and more colleges and universities will combine teaching and Internet technology to better train comprehensive talents.For the teaching of law in colleges and universities,the traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of the society for talents,and it is urgent to innovate in the background of "Internet plus".In this paper,we discuss the innovative teaching path of law teaching in colleges and universities under the "Internet plus" field of view,hoping to bring learning help to law students.
