摘要
当前是信息化时代,在事业单位的人事档案管理过程中,也要进一步与时俱进,切实有效地推进信息化建设,针对各项档案管理形式和内容进行不断的改进和完善,使其充分体现出信息化管理特征,以此使整体的人事档案管理质量和效率得到充分地提升,从而有效推进事业单位人事档案管理工作成效得到切实呈现。基于此,该文重点探讨和分析事业单位人事档案管理信息化建设的作用、存在的问题以及具体的实施策略等相关内容。
In the current information age,in the process of personnel file management of public institutions,we should further advance with the times,effectively promote the information construction,and constantly improve and perfect the forms and contents of various file management to fully reflect the characteristics of information management,so as to fully improve the quality and efficiency of overall personnel file management And the effectiveness of promoting the personnel file management of public institutions has been effectively presented.Based on this,this paper focuses on discussing and analyzing the function,existing problems and specific implementation strategies of the informatization construction of personnel file management in public institutions.
