高职学生管理工作中赏识教育的运用

The Application of Appreciation Education in the Management of Higher Vocational Students

该文首先对高职学生管理工作中赏识教育的运用意义进行阐述,从评价单一、教育局限、体系落后3个方面,对高职学生管理存在的问题进行解析,并以此为依据,提出高职学生管理工作中赏识教育的运用对策。在高等教育中,高职教育作为其中不可或缺的一部分,其教育理念和高等学校的教育理念之间有所差别,高职教育,核心目标在于给社会培养大量的复合型人才。

This article first elaborates the application significance of appreciation education in the management of students in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the existing problems in the management of students in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:the single evaluation,the limitation of education and the backward system,based on this,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the application of appreciation education in the management of higher vocational students.In higher education,as an indispensable part,there are some differences between higher vocational education and higher education.The core goal of higher vocational education is to train a large number of compound talents for the society.
