高校研究生人才选拔与考核评价机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Selection Assessment and Evaluation of Graduate Students in Colleges and Universities

研究生人才是我国重要的科技人才储备力量,肩负着推动我国科技进步、经济持续繁荣发展的重要使命。而在我国高校中开展的研究生教育机制改革在人才选拔、教学管理与考核评价方面均存在着尚待解决的问题。通过对江苏省高校优秀人才培养的研究,该文梳理了研究生人才培养的现状与不足,并提出了相应的解决思路和措施,力图进一步推动高校教育体制深化改革。

Graduate talents are an important reserve force of science and technology talents in China,and shoulder the important mission of promoting the progress of science and technology and the sustainable development of economy.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the aspects of talent selection,teaching management,assessment and evaluation in the reform of postgraduate education mechanism in Colleges and universities in China.Through the research on the cultivation of excellent talents in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,this paper combed the current situation and shortcomings of the cultivation of postgraduates,and put forward the corresponding solutions and measures,trying to further promote the deepening reform of the education system in Colleges and universities.
