On the Integration of "Craftsman Spirit" Into Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Education

新时期,高职院校担负着重要的社会技能型人才培养任务,其所培养的人才将分布在国家各行各业中,并成为重要的新生力量。该文首先指出"工匠精神"融入高职思想政治教育的价值,指出"工匠精神"对学生所具有的不可替代的引领作用,然后分析了开展"工匠精神"教学相应的困境和解决策略,得出高职院校有必要深度解析并融合"工匠精神"开展思政教学的结论。

In the new era,higher vocational colleges take on the important task of training social skilled talents.The talents they cultivate will be distributed in all walks of life of the country and become an important new force.This paper first points out the value of "craftsman spirit" in the ideological and political education of higher vocational education,points out the irreplaceable leading role of "craftsman spirit" for students,and then analyzes the corresponding difficulties and solutions to carry out "craftsman spirit" teaching,and concludes that it is necessary for Higher Vocational Colleges to deeply analyze and integrate "craftsman spirit" to carry out ideological and political teaching.
