Research on the Psychological Counseling Model to Adapt to Occupational Needs

伴随我国综合国力的提升,人才培养愈发引起国家和社会各界的重视,而职业教育是人才培养中的重要组成成分。当今急剧转变的社会经济形势,高校毕业生数量激增以及毕业生就业制度改革,大学生所面临的就业压力陡增,大学生职业教育心理问题也日渐严峻,因此,重视并加强大学生职业教育心理辅导工作具有十分重要的意义。但我国目前的职业教育中并没有完善的心理辅导模式以指导大学生心理辅导工作的开展,因此,研究适应职业需要的心理辅导模式具有重要的意义。该文将对适应职业需要的阶段性心理辅导模式和团体心理辅导模式进行探究分析,以探讨适合当代大学生适应职业需要的心理辅导模式,同时为后续研究者提供简要借鉴。

With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,talent training has attracted more and more attention from the country and the society,and vocational education is an important component of talent training.In today’s rapidly changing social and economic situation,the number of college graduates surges and the graduate employment system reform,college students face a sharp increase in employment pressure,and the psychological problems of college students’ vocational education become increasingly serious.Therefore,it is of great significance to attach importance to and strengthen the psychological counseling work of college students’ vocational education.However,there is no perfect psychological guidance mode in China’s vocational education to guide the development of college students’ psychological guidance.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the psychological guidance mode that Adapts to the vocational needs.This paper will explore and analyze the mode of periodical psychological counseling and group psychological counseling to meet the needs of career,so as to explore the mode of psychological counseling suitable for contemporary college students to meet the needs of career,and provide a brief reference for future researchers.
