新时期我国经济社会发展水平的提升,逐渐扩大了村镇银行建设规模。实践中为了使这类银行能够处于良好的发展状态,拓宽其科学发展思路,则需要了解其在金融供给侧改革背景下的定位问题,找出相应的处理措施予以应对,避免村镇银行发展效果、业务质量等受到不利影响。基于此,该文将通过对金融供给侧改革要求的考虑,就村镇银行发展中的定位问题进行系统阐述。

In the new era,the improvement of China’s economic and social development level has gradually expanded the construction scale of rural banks.In practice,in order to make such banks in a good state of development and broaden their scientific development ideas,it is necessary to understand their positioning problems in the context of financial supply side reform,find out corresponding measures to deal with them,and avoid the adverse impact on the development effect and business quality of rural banks.Based on this,this paper will systematically elaborate the positioning of rural banks in the development by considering the requirements of financial supply side reform.
