肺部渗出性病变的CT量化研究与展望

Quantitative CT research and prospect of pulmonary exudative lesions

各种疾病常导致肺部发生渗出性病变,传统CT影像报告仅对渗出性病变所在肺段、密度做简单描述,而精准医疗需要对病变进行更精准的容积、密度质量、肺功能进行量化分析,为临床对疾病严重程度分级、病程分期提供更准确数据。为提高认识,本文就CT量化研究的主要方向:容积量化、密度质量量化、肺功能量化研究进展予以综述。

Various diseases often lead to exudative lesions in the lungs.Traditional CT imaging reports only describe the lung segment and density of exudative lesions.However,precision medicine requires more accurate volume,density,Quantitative analysis of lung function provides more accurate data for clinical classification of disease severity and disease stage.In order to raise awareness,this article reviews the research progress of CT quantitative research:volume quantification,density mass quantification,and lung function quantification.
