分析甲状腺结节灰阶超声影像对甲状腺癌的临床诊断价值

To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of thyroid nodule gray-scale ultrasonography in thyroid carcinoma

目的:探究甲状腺结节灰阶超声影像对甲状腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法:本院采用随机抽取的方式将2018年8月至2019年12月在本院接受治疗的50例甲状腺癌患者作为实验对象,所有患者均接受甲状腺结节灰阶超声影像检查,共发现45个病灶,同时通过穿刺活检、结节手术以及病理检查发现恶性病变25个,良性病变20个,对比分析甲状腺结节灰阶超声影像对恶性病变和良性病变周边图像特征以及对甲状腺癌诊断的准确性。结果:数据显示,良性病变图像特征以病变周边环形增强为主,而恶性病变图像特征呈现整体弥漫性增强趋势,同时灰阶超声影像TIC曲线参数中良性病变周边上升支斜率显著低于恶性病变周边,而始一峰时间差显著高于恶性病变中央,当P<0.05时,数据之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:对甲状腺癌患者采用灰阶超声影像进行诊断不仅能够提高甲状腺癌患者的诊断准确率,还可以有效防止疾病恶化对患者产生的影响,对提高甲状腺癌患者的诊断效率具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of thyroid nodule gray-scale ultrasonography in thyroid carcinoma.Methods We adopt the way of random sample will be in August 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital for treatment of 50 cases of thyroid cancer patients as the subjects,all patients undergoing thyroid nodules gray-scale ultrasound imaging,found a total of 45 lesions,at the same time through a biopsy,nodules surgery and pathological examination revealed malignant lesions in 25,20 benign lesions,analysis of gray-scale ultrasound imaging of malignant thyroid nodule lesions and benign lesions surrounding the accuracy of the image characteristics and diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Results the data showed that benign lesions image characteristics is given priority to with pathological changes around the annular enhancement,image characteristics and malignant lesions showed a trend of whole diffuse enhancement,at the same time gray-scale ultrasound imaging parameters of TIC curve up a slope is significantly lower than surrounding the benign lesions of malignant lesions in the peripheral,and other time is significantly higher than the malignant lesions in the central,when P<0.05,the difference between data with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of gray-scale ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients can not only improve the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer patients,but also effectively prevent the impact of disease progression on patients,which is of great significance to improve the diagnostic efficiency of thyroid cancer patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
