摘要
分析薄规格钢板镰刀弯成因,最终确定3个主要因素。调整工作辊轴承座滑板间隙,提高了辊系稳定性;改造工作辊挡水器,减少了精轧过程钢板表面残余积水;优化16 mm及以下规格品种轧制工艺。通过以上措施实施,有效抑制了镰刀弯问题,比例降低为10.78%,滑板更换每年减少为25块。
The causes of sickle bending of thin gauge steel plate are analyzed,and three main factors are finally determined.Adjust the slide plate clearance of work roll bearing seat to improve the stability of roll system;transform the water stop of work roll to reduce the residual water on the surface of steel plate during finishing rolling;optimize the rolling process of 16 mm and below specifications.Through the implementation of the above measures,the sickle bending problem is effectively restrained,the proportion is reduced to 10.78%,and the replacement of skateboards is reduced to 25 pieces per year.
