含锰钢表面裂纹成因分析及控制

摘要 寿光巨能特钢生产的以CM690含锰钢存在表面裂纹情况,高倍显微镜下发现裂纹附近存在大量的铁素体偏析条带。对裂纹以及铁素体条带进行分析发现,裂纹起始于铸坯表面,在后续的加热过程中导致裂纹两侧出现脱碳以及铁素体偏析条带。通过对相关设备加强管理以及对工艺进行优化,缺陷得到了有效控制,含锰钢开裂比率降至0.5%以下。 A large number of surface imperfections is appeared in the manganese CM690 steel.A large number of ferrite segregation bands were found near the cracks by metallographic microscope.By means of further analysis of the surface imperfections and ferrite segregation streamers,the surface crack starts on the surface of the continuous casting billet.In the subsequent heating process,decarburization and ferrite segregation bands appeared on both sides of the crack.By strengthening management of related equipment and optimizing process,the defects are effectively controlled.The rate of anchor steel cracking is reduced to less than 0.5%.
