摘要
针对某公司生产的履带链轨节35MnBM钢低温冲击韧性异常的问题,通过化学成分分析、金相组织检验、微观硬度检测、扫描电镜分析等方法,分析了不合格的影响因素。通过在生产中优化加热温度、加热时间、锻造温度、锻造形变量以及锻后停留时间等工艺参数,细化了产品的晶粒,提高了链轨节的低温冲击韧性。
In view of the abnormal low temperature impact toughness of 35MnBM steel for track link produced by a company,the influencing factors of disqualification were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure test,micro hardness test and SEM analysis.By optimizing the process parameters such as heating temperature,heating time,forging temperature,forging deformation and residence time after forging,the grain size of the product was refined and the low-temperature impact toughness of the track link was improved.
