摘要
针对某冷轧厂投产初期生产的无铬钝化热镀锌产品耐盐雾腐蚀性差的问题,从分析影响无铬钝化镀锌产品耐腐蚀性能的因素入手,优化带钢表面粗糙度、无铬钝化膜膜重、涂覆辊硬度等工艺,使热镀锌钢板无铬钝化膜的耐蚀性得到明显改善,72 h中性盐雾试验腐蚀面积≤5%的合格率达到94%以上。
Aiming at the problem of poor salt mist corrosion resistance of chromium-free passivated hot-dip galvanized products produced in the initial stage of a cold rolling plant,starting from analyzing factors affecting the corrosion resistance of chromium-free passivated galvanized products,optimize the surface roughness of the strip,the weight of the chromium-free passivation film and the hardness of the coating roller,so that the corrosion resistance of the chromium-free passivation film of the hot-dip galvanized steel is significantly improved,and the qualified rate of 72 h neutral salt spray corrosion area less than 5%has reached 94%or more.
