摘要 根据岩石性质,利用沉积变质型磁铁矿基建及剥岩废石和选厂干选废石,采用破碎—筛分—整形—分选工艺,生产建筑用粗骨料和机制砂。工艺流程简单紧凑、骨料产品粒型好、压碎值低、针片状含量低。矿山废石利用率达85%,资源利用率大幅度提高。 According to the characteristics of rocks,coarse aggregate and machine-made sand for building are produced by using sedimentary metamorphic magnetite capital construction,waste rock stripping and dry beneficiation waste rock through the crushing-screening-shaping-separation process.The technological process is simple and compact,the aggregate product has good grain shape,low crushing value and low needle-like content.The Utilization Rate of mine waste rock is up to 85%,and the utilization rate of resources is greatly improved.
