摘要
山钢日照公司通过优化热风炉陶瓷燃烧器设计,改善助燃风混匀方式和热风炉高温区分布,并通过实践摸索,优化热风炉烧炉技术。在单纯燃烧低热值高炉煤气的工况条件下,在满足高炉高风温需要的同时,NOx排放控制在30 mg/m3以下,实现了超低氮排放,既满足了高炉风温需要,也减轻了企业环保税负。
By optimizing the design of the ceramic burner of the hot blast stove,improving the combustion air mixing method and the distribution of the high temperature zone of the hot blast stove,Shansteel Rizhao Company explored through practice to optimize the burning technology of the hot blast stove.Under the condition of simply burning low calorific value blast furnace gas,while meeting the high blast furnace temperature requirements,the NOx emissions are controlled below 30 mg/m3,ultra-low nitrogen emissions is achieved,which meets the blast furnace temperature requirements and reduces the enterprise Environmental protection tax burden.
