摘要
介绍了射孔弹数值仿真模型的建立,利用数值仿真技术对深穿透药型罩配方密度进行优化。通过给出理想密度数值,选择4种理论密度在理想密度值附近的药型罩配方,根据地面穿45#钢靶性能试验优选出深穿透射孔弹最佳配方。结果显示:将筛选出的最佳配方应用在常规射孔弹上,经45#钢靶检测,射孔弹的穿孔深度和孔径均有明显提高,与仿真结果基本一致。
The establishment of the numerical simulation model of perforating projectile was introduced,and the numerical simulation technology was used to optimize the formula density of the deep penetrating shell.By giving the value of ideal density,four formulations of the cover with theoretical density near the ideal density were selected,and the best formulations of the deep penetrating perforating projectile were selected according to the performance of the steel target with ground penetration of 45#.The results showed that the perforating depth and aperture of the perforating projectile were significantly improved by using the selected optimal formula on the conventional perforating projectile,which was basically consistent with the simulation results.
