摘要
聚合催化剂加料器是聚烯烃工业最为核心的产品和技术,它的好坏直接关系到聚合反应能否稳定运行。以聚烯烃干粉催化剂加料器为研究对象,对比了国内外各类干粉催化剂加料器在设计及运行过程中的优劣,并分析了导致这些优劣差异的原因,结果表明:上海立得催化剂有限公司研发的MKQZ-V型干粉催化剂加料器在设计和运行上优势明显。
Polymerization catalyst feeder is the most important product and technology in polyolefin industry,and its quality is directly related to the stable operation of polymerization reaction.Taking the polyolefin catalyst powder feeder as the research object,the domestic and foreign various dry powder catalyst feeders in the process of design and operation was compared,and causes of quality differences were analyzed.The results show that the MKQZ-V powder catalyst feeder designed by Shanghai Leader catalyst Co.,Ltd.has obvious advantages in design and operation.
