台湾大陆籍配偶社会融入面临的问题及应对策略研究

Research on the Problems and Strategies of the Social Integration of Mainland-Taiwan Spouse in Taiwan

两岸婚姻已被誉为“两岸三通”之外的第四通,在两岸关系和平发展中发挥着重要作用。但在台湾错综复杂的社会环境中,大陆籍配偶群体社会融入长期仍面临“多重弱势”现象,如在“语言与文化调适”、“婚姻与家庭维系”、“子女教养”、“身份取得”以及“就业与发展”等方面都存在压力。本文采取访谈与问卷法,系统地研究了大陆籍配偶在台湾社会融入中的特征及面临的个人、家庭以及社会三个层面的主要问题,同时并有针对性地提出应对策略。

Mainland-Taiwan spouse has been hailed as“the fourth link on cross-Strait”,playing the role of“peace messenger”on both sides.But for the expanding group in Taiwan,the perplexing social environment,the Mainland-Taiwan spouse social integration face long-term“disadvantaged”phenomenon,such as in the adaptation of language and culture,marriage and family preservation and parenting and status and employment development pressure.Based on interviews and questionnaires,this paper studies the main problems of Mainland-Taiwan spouse social integration,which are mainly embodied in three aspects:individual,family and society.At the same time,according to the relevant problems,targeted measures were put forward.
