针灸治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Swallowing Dysfunction after Stroke

吞咽功能障是中风常见后遗症,可引起吸入性肺炎、营养不良、水和电解质紊乱等不良后果,严重者甚至导致死亡,积极治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍对促进患者恢复具有重要意义。针刺疗法在治疗中风后吞咽功能障碍方面以醒脑开窍针刺法、通关利窍针刺法、靳三针、腹针、舌针、头针等行之有效的特殊针刺法为主,常以针刺法联合常规治疗法合用,临床应用广泛,可显著提高治疗效果,改善吞咽功能,值得深入研究和推广。

Swallowing dysfunction is a common sequelae of stroke,which can cause adverse consequences such as aspiration pneumonia,malnutrition,water and electrolyte disturbances,and even death in severe cases.Active treatment of swallowing dysfunction after stroke is of great significance to promote the recovery of patients.Acupuncture therapy is mainly based on effective special acupuncture methods such as Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture,Jin-three needles,abdominal acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,etc.It is often used by acupuncture combination with conventional therapy,and has a wide range of clinical applications,which can significantly improve efficacy and the swallowing function.It is worthy of in-depth research and promotion.
