肛裂患者自我健康内适化抉择能力与社会支持水平及其相关性

Correlations between self-health internalization decision-making ability and social support for patients with anal fissure

目的探讨肛裂患者自我健康内适化抉择能力与社会支持水平并分析其相关性,为肛裂的优质诊疗照护提供实践经验支撑。方法采用便利抽样法,选择本院2017年3月至2019年7月收治的126例肛裂患者,采用一般资料调查表、肛裂患者自我健康内适化抉择问卷和社会支持力度评估表进行调查,分析患者自我健康内适化抉择能力与肛裂患者社会支持的相关性。结果肛裂患者自我健康内适化抉择水平较低,总分(70.66±8.42)分,42.86%(54/126)患者具备基本的自我健康内适化抉择能力。肛裂患者社会支持力度总分为(40.68±8.04)分,处于中等水平,46.03%(58/126)患者社会支持高水平,53.17%(67/126)中等水平。肛裂患者获得的社会支持与自我健康内适化抉择能力呈正相关(r=0.751,P<0.05)。结论肛裂患者的社会支持力度与其自我抉择呈正相关。医护人员对患者所获得的社会支持体系予以重点关注,使患者尽可能多地获得社会支持,以促进自我抉择对肛裂患者产生的积极效应。

Objective To analyze the correlations between self-health internalization ability and social support of anal fissure patients so as to provide practical experience support for high-quality diagnosis,treatment and care of such groups.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with anal fissure were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to July 2019.Basic information questionnaires,self-health internalization choice questionnaires and social support assessment tables were used to analyze the correlations between self-health internalization choice ability and social support for them.Results The level of self-health internalization decision-making of anal fissure patients was low,with the score of(70.66±8.42).Only 42.86 of them had basic ability for self-health internalization decision-making.The total score of social support of anal fissure patients was(40.68±8.04),which was at the middle level.58 of them(46.03%)obtained social support of higher level,and 67 of them(53.17%)of medium level.The social support was positively correlated with the ability of self-adaptation in health.Conclusions The social support for the anal fissure patients is positively correlated with their self-choice.In the process of promoting self-choice,medical staff should pay more attention to the social support system that patients can get,so that they can get as much social support as possible so as to promote the positive effect of self-choice.
