医院-社区联动延续护理在变应性鼻炎儿童管理中的应用

Application of hospital-community continuing care model in care to allergic rhinitis children

目的探讨医院-社区联动延续护理模式在变应性鼻炎儿童管理中的应用。方法选取2017年3月至2018年11月在本院治疗的98例变应性鼻炎患儿,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,观察组患儿接受医院-社区联动延续护理,对照组患者接受常规护理宣教。比较两组患儿干预1年内急性发作次数、再就医次数、遗忘用药次数和延误学业时间,比较两组患儿干预前及干预1年后的自护能力和生活质量。结果观察组患者干预1年内急性发作次数、再就医次数、遗忘用药次数、延误学业时间均低于对照组,观察组患儿自护能力各维度评分及总评分均高于对照组,观察组总体生活质量评分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施医院-社区联动延续护理能有效提高变应性鼻炎患儿自护能力,改善患儿临床症状,提高患儿生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of hospital-community continuing care model on care management of allergic rhinitis children.Methods Totally 98 allergic rhinitis children were enrolled in this study from March 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital,and divided into observation group and control group by random digit table,49 cases in each group.The observation group received the hospital-community continuing care,while the control group was given conventional health education.The two groups were compared in terms of the frequency of acute attack,the times of medical consultation,the times of forgetting to take medicine and the time for delayed schooling within 1 year,as well as self-care ability and quality of life after a year.Results The frequencies of acute attack,medical consultation,forgetting to take medication,delayed schooling in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control within one year(P<0.05),respectively.The scores of all dimensions of self-care in the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group after 1-year intervention(P<0.05),and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community continuing care can effectively improve the self-care ability,clinical symptoms and quality of life of children with allergic rhinitis.
