According to Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with China's characteristics,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the cultivation of craftsmen in higher vocational colleges,and probes into the logical basis of traditional culture's craftsman spirit,and the importance of cultivating the craftsmen's spirit in higher vocational colleges.Through the scientific application of excellent traditional cultural resources,we can enhance the logical appeal of craftsman spirit in the new era,realize the docking of education process and production process,highlight practical rationality,and realize the common growth of teachers and students.
