摘要
以湖南省10所应用型本科院校149名英语教师为研究对象,具体从教师信念、知识结构、教学策略及教学效果评价等四个维度,对应用型本科英语教师教学效能感进行调查研究。结果表明:从总体上来看,应用型本科高校英语教师具有较为积极的教学效能感,但还存在一定的上升空间;性别、教龄、职称对教师信念的效能感有显著性影响;周课时、最高学位会影响教师策略这一维度的效能感;性别、教龄、职称等因素与教师的知识结构的效能感不存在明显相关;职称与教学效果评价效能感呈负相关性;专门用途英语教学(ESP)教师教学效能感均值较低。
With subjects of 149 English teachers in 10 application-oriented universities of Hunan province,this study investigates the teaching efficiency of English teachers from the four dimensions of teacher belief,knowledge structure,teaching strategies and evaluation of teaching effectiveness.The research indicates that:(1)English teachers have a positive sense of teaching efficiency in general.Nevertheless,there is still room for improvement;(2)gender,teaching age,and professional titles have a vital influence on the efficiency of teacher belief;(3)there was a significant effect on the efficiency of teaching strategies for week of classes and the highest degree;(4)the efficiency of teachers'knowledge structure was no correlated with the elements of gender,teaching age,professional title and etc;(5)a negative correlation exists between professional title and the efficiency of evaluation of teaching effectiveness;(6)the average of teaching efficiency is low for ESP English teachers.
