摘要
为提高工位制节拍化企业生产物流的精准、快速、柔性化能力,降低生产环节的物流浪费,实现企业生产物流的精益化,提出了基于公理化理论的精益物流MES设计方法,利用独立公理原理对Z企业的生产物流的各个环节进行多级分解,在此基础上给出了汇总功能结构图和信息公理计算示例,并结合设计前后成本对比,验证了方法的有效性。结果表明,MES系统对在制品、库存和计划的直观展示使订单的准确性及录入效率有效提高;计划决策人员根据MES系统的实时统计功能得以更好的拟定生产计划和处理紧急订单;企业通过精益化能有效降低库存和配送成本。另外,随着模块化的系统的构建和柔性化的生产作业管理,企业的生产柔性和订单的交付效率得到提升。
In order to improve the precision,rapidity and flexibility of the production logistics of the metricized workstations,reduce the logistics waste in the production process,and realize the lean production logistics of the enterprises,a lean logistics MES design method based on axiomatic theory is proposed.Based on the multi-stage decomposition of each link of production logistics in Z enterprise by using the independent axiom principle,the summary function structure diagram and the calculation example of information axiom are given,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing the cost before and after the design.The results show that the MES system's visual display of WIP,inventory and plan can effectively improve the accuracy and input efficiency of orders.According to the real-time statistics function of MES system,the planning decision-makers can better make production plans and handle emergency orders.Enterprises can effectively reduce inventory and distribution costs through lean.In addition,with the construction of modular system and flexible production operation management,enterprises'production flexibility and order delivery efficiency are improved.
