河南省立体化多式联运高质量发展对策研究

The Study on Countermeasures of High-quality Development of Multimodal Transport in all Dimensions in Henan Province

随着“一带一路”和“中部地区崛起”战略的深入实施,河南省作为全国物资集散中心的战略地位持续攀升。单一运输方式的集疏运能力已无法支撑河南省全球性现代化综合立体交通枢纽建设,集多种运输方式为一体的多式联运成为现代物流业发展的必然趋势。文中对河南省多式联运发展现状及问题进行深入分析,并基于降本增效、智能集约、绿色低碳理念,为打造“枢纽网络+运载标准+信息平台+协同机制”四位一体的立体化多式联运高质量发展体系提供对策建议,进而助力交通强省乃至强国建设。

With the further development of the strategy of“one belt and one road”and“rising of the central region”,Henan Province's strategic position as a national material distribution center keeps rising.The integration and evacuation capacity of a single mode of transport has been unable to support the construction of a global modern comprehensive three-dimensional transport hub in Henan Province.Multi-modal transport,which integrates multiple modes of transport,has become an inevitable trend of the development of modern logistics industry.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problems of multi-modal transportation in Henan Province,and based on the concepts of cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,intelligent intensive and green low-carbon,provides countermeasures and suggestions for building a three-dimensional multi-modal transport high-quality development system of“hub Network+transport standards+information platform+collaborative mechanism”,and then helps to strengthen the construction of a strong transportation province and even a powerful country.
