摘要
美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)十分重视科技在食品安全保障中的支撑作用,如在强调科学技术在强化食品安全、开发食品检测方法、确定食源性疾病病原体以及干预和处理食品污染事件方面的重要作用等,并取得了良好成效。相比而言,我国食品安全在监管体制、监管政策、监管人才和技术等方面还存在明显短板和不足。对此,可借鉴美国在食品安全监管技术支撑体系建设方面的经验,健全国家统一的食品安全监管技术支撑体系,完善食品安全技术协同工作网络,加强食品安全监管技术支撑体系法律法规建设和食品安全技术支撑人才队伍建设,着力提升食品安全检验检测能力。
The USA Food and Drug Administration(FDA)attaches great importance to the supporting role of science and technology in food safety,emphasizing the important role of science and technology in ensuring food safety,developing food testing methods,identifying foodborne disease pathogens,and intervening and dealing with food contamination events which have achieved good results.In contrast,China's food safety in the aspects of regulatory system,regulatory policy,regulatory talent and technology still has the obvious shortcomings.Therefore,we could learn from American experiences in the construction of a technical support system for food safety supervision,to establish a national unified technical support system for food safety regulation,improve the network of food safety technology work together,strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and talent team for food safety supervision technical support system,and improve the ability of food safety inspection and testing.
