摘要
为了解决造林验收领域中作业精度低、缺乏空间信息和验收成果主观性较强的问题,我们设计内外业作业流程、移动端桌面端数据标准、移动智能采集系统以及后台数据管理系统,实现了造林验收一体化及整个验收过程的信息化。此解决方案大大提高了造林验收的作业质量和精度,使原先缺乏精确空间数据、依靠认为定性判断的造林验收,变得数据精确可靠、结论有据可查,减少了验收成果的争议性,提高了财政资金使用效率。
In order to solve the problems of low operation accuracy,lack of spatial information and strong subjective acceptance in afforestation acceptance,we designed the inside and outside operation process,mobile and desktop data standard,mobile intelligent collection system and background data management system,realized the integrated afforestation acceptance and informationization of the entire procedure.This solution greatly improves the quality and accuracy of the afforestation acceptance.By using our solution,the afforestation acceptance that previously lacked accurate spatial data and relied on qualitative judgments became accurate and reliable.Also the conclusions of the afforestation acceptance became well documented,reducing the controversy of the results and improving the efficiency of the use of financial funds.
