460例生育异常女性患者染色体断裂率检测结果分析

摘要 目的探究女性生育异常与染色体断裂率的相关性。方法对2015—2018年于河南省人口和计划生育科学技术研究院进行遗传咨询的460例生育异常的女性患者的染色体断裂率进行统计学分析。结果生育异常的女性患者共460例,染色体断裂者(断裂率≥1%)占84.13% (387/460)。在2015—2018年,染色体发生断裂的患者分别占该年份的80.85%(38/47)、87.37%(83/95)、86.01%(123/143)、81.71%(143/175),在生育异常女性中占比持续较高。与2015年相比,2018年高断裂率人群比例增加,可能与环境因素有关。20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁染色体发生断裂的患者分别占该年龄段的85.12%(206/242)、82.16%(152/185)、87.88%(29/33),结果显示年龄与染色体断裂率之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论染色体断裂是女性患者不孕不育、不良孕产等生育异常的重要原因。 Objective To investigate the correlation between abnormal fertility and chromosome breakage rates in females.Methods This study performed a statistical analysis on the chromosome breakage rates of 460 abnormal fertility females who had undergone genetic counseling in Population and Family Planning Science and Technology Research Institute of Henan from 2015 to 2018.Results A total of 460 females had abnormkal fertility in the study,of which subjects with chromosome breakage(breakage rates≥1%)accounted for 84.13%(387/460).The abnormal fertility females with chromosome breakage accounted for 80.85%(38/47),87.37%(83/95),86.01%(123/143),and 81.71%(143/175)of the year from 2015 to 2018,and the ratio of chromosome breakage was high among women with abnormal fertility.Compared with that in 2015,the ratio of people with higher breakage rates increased significantly in 2018,which might be related to environmental factors.The abnormal fertility females with chromosomal breakage at the age of 20-29,30-39,and 40-49 years accounted for 85.12%(206/242),82.16%(152/185),and 87.88%(29/33)of that age group,respectively,but no correlation between ages and chromosome breakage rates was found(P>0.05).Conclusions Chromosome breakage is an important cause of infertility and poor pergnanly outcome.
