以产教融合、协同创新理念培育民办高职学生的可行性路径

The Feasible Path of Cultivating Private Vocational College Students with the Concept of Industry-education Integration and Collaborative Innovation

民办高职院校应抓住契机,深刻认识到产教融合、产学研是提高办学质量与效益的必由之路,为企业培养全面的应用型人才。现以产教融合、协同育人的创新理念,结合广东省民办高职的学生特点分析,提出培育民办高职学生的可行性路径,从而更好地推进产教融合人才培养机制。

Private higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity to realize that the integration of production and teaching,production,teaching and research is the only way to improve the quality and efficiency of running schools,and to cultivate all-round applied talents for enterprises.Based on the innovative idea of integration of industry and education and the analysis of the characteristics of students in non-governmental higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,this paper puts forward a feasible way to cultivate students in non-governmental higher vocational colleges so as to better promote the talent training mechanism of integration of industry and education.
