在防控新冠肺炎疫情中,高等院校学生事务管理反映出应急处突能力、网络思政效果、信息管理水平和专业服务素养与现实需求不相适应。其根源在于,大学生的主体地位还未真正树立,一体化的育人格局还未完全形成。确立以学生发展为中心的教育管理理念,完善以学生参与为特征的教育管理体系,搭建以交互融合为特点的信息管理平台,形成一体化领导,协同化育人,重学生参与,强信息保障的工作格局,是推进高等院校学生事务管理专业化的现实路径。

In the epidemic prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),the student affairs administration of colleges and universities reflects that the ability to deal with emergencies,the effect of network political education,the level of information management and professional service quality do not meet the practical needs.The root of this problem is that the dominant position of college students has not yet been established and the integrated pattern of education has not been fully formed.In order to improving the specialization level of the student affairs administration of colleges and universities,colleges and universities administrators should establish the educational management concept centered on the development of students,attach importance to students’participation in student affairs administration,set up in interactive information management platform.
