基于现代学徒制视域下高职院校学生“工匠精神”培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制对高职院校培养技术技能型人才有着重要的作用,同时也为“工匠精神”的培育提供了体制基础。在现代学徒制下培育学生爱岗敬业、精益求精、勇于创新、服务社会的“工匠精神”,需要加强学校、企业和社会各界资源的整合。因此,从培育工匠精神的背景分析,引入现代学徒制与工匠精神的联系,阐述工匠精神具有重要的现实意义,并分析我国高职院校人才素养的现状及“工匠精神”缺失原因,构建基于现代学徒制下培育“工匠精神”的体系建设。

Modern apprenticeship system plays an important role in training technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and also provides an institutional basis for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.To cultivate students’craftsman spirit of dedication,excellence,innovation and serving the society under the modern apprenticeship system,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of resources from schools,enterprises and all walks of life.Therefore,from the background analysis of cultivating craftsman spirit,introducing the connection between modern apprentice and craftsman spirit,elaborating the craftsman spirit has important practical significance,and analyzing the current situation of talent quality in higher vocational colleges in China and the reasons for the lack of craftsman spirit,constructing the system construction of cultivating craftsman spirit based on modern apprenticeship system.
